“Byte the code or bite the dust”

Is code crunching your cup of tea? Seems easy? Not when you have the best brains in the world competing against you, racing against the clock to try and win over our tester with their compact and efficient codes. For those of you who are looking for a wide exposure for your talents, IMPULSE sets the stage. Fight it out against competitors from various colleges and try to wrest the mantle of top coder.

A unique event which tests your programming fundamentals, knowledge of algorithms and more importantly your ability to adapt to any language.

Learn new languages, tweak your algorithms and code your way to victory!!!

Rules

• A team may consist of a maximum of 2 members, not necessarily from the same college.


• The event consists of two rounds both of which will be held on campus. The first round will be a written qualification round, followed by the finals.


• Selected teams shall participate in the final round where they will be required to code solutions for the given problem statements in the specified programming language of their choice restricted to C, C++, JAVA.


• The solutions submitted will be evaluated by the judges.
